Urban Decay Haul! - NAKED palette (original) + De Slick Setting spray

FINALLY I have the Naked palette (original)! I was putting off buying it the whole year of 2011 thinking I don't need another palette of golds and neautrals (which i don't I have enough allready) but when christmas came and went I finally decided that I need the Naked palette in my life! I used som eof my remaining christmas money last week and ordered it from BeautyBay! I did need a new setting spray so I figured I was going to try the De Slick one so as I was adding that to my "shopping basket" I just couldn't resist adding the palette aswell ^^

You've seen it before and I bet you're tired of hearing and seeing and reading about it! I am too! But I mean i have to show you just in case someone out there has misses all that is the UD NAKED palette! =) I do really like the colours but there will be very few times that I use the greyish black called Creep and the gunmetal grey called Gunmetal (the two on the right). They're just not my colours, I maybe use cool greys and silvers once maybe twice a year (stretching it) so colourwise the NAKED2 palette would have been ideal for me but I just can't handle that tin packaging! And also I like the other colours a bit more in this one than the second one.

TIP: The cool grey/taupe packaging of the NAKED2 palette makes the eyeshadows look even cooler! So keep that in mind when you're looking at it online and thinking about ordering it! (yes I don't own it but when I looked at swatches I really don't see much taupe and cool tones at all)

Delivery - Some Benefit products

Finally my package from ASOS arrived today. I ordered it just before christmas but as they were busy busy busy my order would take a bit longer than usual. And that was ok cuz' I really didn't need to pay extra to get it before the new year. I ordered 2 dresses and the Benefit cosmetics All Decked out gift set.

When I opened the package I was majorly surprised as I found that both The Pore Fessional and the Bene Tint was full size!! 22 ml pore fessional and 12,5 ml bene tint. They both retail for £24.50 and I paid £35 for the gift set. That means I paid around £17 for each AND I got a sample of the Some kind-a Gorgeous cream foundation (1.8g). So it was a great deal!  Reviews will be coming up ones I've used these a while =)

Essie Haul - My first ever Essie polishes!

I sure you guys all know of Essie Nail polishes. They're a lot of beauty bloggers/vloggers favorite polishes and geat raved about a lot! I've always been curious about them but thaught that they were just to exspensive for me (129 SEK = £12.07 = $18.63).

But just before christmas I decided too buy two polishes as a gift for myself. My choice fell on the gorgeous raspberry red Size Matters and the nude Guchi Muchi Puchi. Both very nice applicationswise and they wear great on your nails.

After christmas they had a deal on Essie polishes (2 for 179 SEK = £16.75 = $25.86) so I couldn't resist using some of the money I got for christmas and I bought yet another two polishes. This time I went for a beautiful bright melon colour called Watermelon and the famous minty colour Mint Candy Apple.

Size Matters, Guchi Muchi Puchi, Mint Candy Apple, Watermelon

Size Matters is really similar to Barry M's Raspberry. They're pretty much identical but I like the application of Size Matters better so I gonna give my Raspberry to a friend. I absolutely adore these kinds of reds!

Guchi Muchi Puchi is a pink nude that you can wear as a sheer wash to make your nails look a bit more healthy or build it up with 3 coats to get a that soft pink nude look.Soo nice! My firts nude!

Min Candy Apple is a really bright minty colour that makes your nails look so nice and fun! If yu've followed my blog for a while you all know I LOVE MAC's Misschievous Mint and these two are exact dupes!!! So I don't have to be afraid to use up my MAC one anymore (I've used half) =) And for those of you who missed out on Misschievous Mint (it was LE) I seriously suggest you pick up Mint Candy Apple!!

Watermelon is that bright pinkish coral that will look awesome on my nails during summertime. I havenät worn this yet but I'm guessing I will love this one as much as the other ones ^^ =)

My lovely bf came home with a gift..

Sometimes my boyfriend John comes home with a gift for me. He can't help it he's just built that way. Sometimes it's flowers and sometimes it's makeup and this time it was bodycare..

He had a dj job at a cruise this past weekend and those cruises have duty free shops. Naturally John couldn't help but buying a few things =)

As you can se John got me some The Body Shop products. I LOVE TBS...

I got two of the new "Earth lovers" shower gels - Apricot / Basil and Cucumber / Mint. And I got a lovely set of mini boby butters. I love having the mini versions of the body butters, they are so handy to keep in your purse to use on your hands or where ever you're dry, and the scent always linger a while so you smell good when you've used them =)

This set included my all time favorites Moringa, Coconut and Mango. I'm not to crazy about the Shea one, but my mom loves that one so I might give that one to her =)

Just a little Haul..

So this month I'm on a very strict budget so I can save as much as possible. Hopefully for a round the world trip =) But, I've let myself spend a surtain amount on whatever I want and I went for an oldie but goodie and 2 completely new products for me.

First we have my fave silk serum - L´anza' Healing strength silk serum. It was on a 30% off sale and mine that I use now is almost completely gone so I just couldn't pass up on it..

Then, just beacause I'm curious and I actually don't like MAC Fix+ all that much (it does nothing else but  take away the cakyness) I went for the Urban Decay All nighter setting spray. I've heard so many great things about this setting spray I had to try it. It's also my first ever Urban Decay product hehe =)

Then, because I'm a huuuge fan of Too Faced's Primed & Poreless primer when it now was time for a new powder (my MSFN is almost gone, and it's too heavy in winter) I thought that maybe I'll like the powder as much as I like the primer. So I went for the Primed & Poreless powder =)

Now this is it for shopping this month hehe.. I only have money for food left in my budget now so any other shopping will have to wait til next payday..

Amsterdam Haul - Clinique & John Frieda

Now these two products I found randomly when going in to the drugstore Da, last shop before going to the hotel to check out and go home. We went in because I saw that they had a huge sale going on (as many other stores) and I just got sucked in..

On the first shelf of hairstuff I find the John Frieda Go Blonder Lightening spray that I've been wanting to try for a few months now. I haven't been able to find it here in Stockholm so I was happy to find it there and at the great price €7.95. I found out today that it would have cost me around €15 here in sweden, so that was a good deal for me =P (it was not in the sale).

I also found the Clinique Liquid facial soap for combination/oily skin. This was on sale for €15.95, which also is a great deal for me cuz it wold probable cost me around €30 here in sweden. So the price won me over and I needed a new cleanser cuz I'm almost out of my little 30ml Origins Checks and balaces.

So here they are =) I've only tried both of them once, but I have them with me at my mom's atm so we'll see how I feel after the week =) Have you tried any of these products?

Amsterdam haul- INGLOT COSMETICS!

Since Sweden is like the ONLY country in Europe that doesn't have an INGLOT store I had to take the opportunity of going in to the one in Amsterdam. WOW, I was so overwhelmed! I went in like a kid in a candy store not knowing where to start. I was so careful when touching the products in the beginning you could have thought I was handling diamonds! Then when the girl working there gave me the magnitized tray to start picking colours for my palette I got more comfortable and really enjoyed it, haha.

I went fore a 10 piece square shadow palette, a duo square shadow palette, and a gel eyeliner.

Now when picking colours for my 10 piece palette I wanted colours I could use every day, that I could build up, that I could match with almost any other colour, AND that I could use for working with brides.. This is what I came up with:

I went for a lot of mattes cuz it's the most flattering on brides I think =)

Then I went for a duo with 2 blues. I quite often wear blue under my eyes but I haven't had anything to match my pencil eyeliner I use. So I found these guys and MY GOODNESS I fell in love! I also fell in love with a plumish brown gel eyeliner, gorgeous!

Look at that! Such pretty colours.. And the last picture is when I've taken a facial cleanser and a scrub-sponge and tried to get the liner off.. Stayed on  even trough that. Also a tiny bit of the shadow in the right corner stayed on. Pretty amazing i must say =) A review of the shadows and the gel liner will come, ones I've tried them out more =)

 I can't wait until we get a store here in Sweden.. We just MUST get one! I will CRY Otherwise!

NYX Haul - Soo much stuff ^^

So when CherryCulture had their 20% off of everything ins tore I went for it! I been wanting NYX lipliners for soo long, and when I picked them out I got a little carried away.. hehe

Here's what I got =)

Eyeshadows in - White, True Taupe, Hawaiian coffee, Lake algae

As you can see, the matte white doesn't show up at all! But I kinda' didn't expect much anyways.

True taupe, is really as you can see a nice taupe colour.

Hawaiian coffee is a very deep dark chocolate brown, very nice.

Lake Algae is just a gooooorgeous true green green colour.

All of these were suppossed to be matte, but the True taupe and Hawaiian Coffe has a satin finish :/ Oh well, they're gorgeous anyways.. =)

Lippencils in - Mauve, Natural, Nectar, Coral

Cherry Culture lip balm (free with every order)

Blush in Taupe

Soft Matte Lip Creams in - Tokyo, Stockholm

As you can see the Taupe blush looks like it would be a great contour colour as it's not as red/orange toned as many other contour colours. This will give more of a natural looking shadow..

When I swatched the lip creams they felt soft and smooth and when I blended the two colours together it made such a pretty natural pinky/mauve colour..

Kit essentials haul..

First of all... THANK YOU to all my new followers! I woke up yesterday and had 63 followers and by night time I had 74. Crazy! I'm so glad you found your way here and I hope you'll stay and enjoy =)

So on to the haul =) I needed some basic for my Kit. New blending palettes and some Lipstock palettes etc =)

Some magnets for depotted shadows.. A 6 well palette for lipsticks (I bought 2 but I filled one up), and 2 blending palettes.. I think it's easier to use these ones when I'm blending together a foundation or any other creamy/liquidy products than using the back of my hands..

Recent buys...

First of all, I haven't bought any makeup in over a month ½ so I'm freakin' proud of myself ^^

Now I needed a new moisurizer and decided to go out of my comfort zone (ORIGINS Balanced diet) and go for La roche Pose as the brand has been raved about so much. I also needed a new volumizing/matifying hair powder and found a cheaper alternative to OSIS+ Dustit.. OK I didn't neeeeed the last product but I've been eyeing it so long now that I just couldn't resist!

Too Faced Eye Love Palette- Really wanted to see if it could be a good alternative to the NAKED Palette as it is hard to get a hold of =)
La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo Moisturizer, - It's supposed to keep your oils in control and also work great as a Makeup base..
Swartzkopf got2b volumizing styling powder- Well a good matifying and volumizing powder is just what you need a lazy day when your too tired to wash your hair or just don't have time to =)

Elizabeth Arden Haul

I needed som new sun protectant products so when I saw Elizabeth Arden's Eight Hour Cream Sun protectant Stick I had to have it. AND they had a promo goin' on, "Buy two products and get a gift". So I bought the sun protectant for the face aswell, it's oil free!!

The Gift: A make-up bag with the Eight Hour Cream lipstick, daily moisturizer for face (15ml) & Original Eight Hour Cream Skin protectant (50ml). The purchase: Eight Hour Cream Targeted sun defence stick  SPF50 & sun defence for face SPF50..

New goodies from Boots..

So I tweeted during friday that I had gotten some goodies from Boots.. Here they are =)

I know! I just posted a Current hair care post, but I'm running out of my L´anza' shampoo so when I saw that Boots had an offer going on their Botanics haircare I thought why not. It was "buy a botanics shampoo of your choice and get the conditioner for free" - a great offer in other words. So I went for the shimmering blonde ones, I thought it would be perfect for summer, to help get some more healthy glow in my hair. Have only tried it once and didn't notice anything really, but it was a nice pair of shampoo and conditioner so I will continue to use it and hopefully the shimmer might show up ^^

The wipes I mainly got beacause I was out of my Nivea pure&natural ones, and these are good for oily skin, which I have. So again "why not". The pore strips I also got because I'm out of my Nivea ones ^^

Have any of you guys tried these products?? How did you like them ?? =)

Basics for my Kit - haul "teen products"

So I have landed a job in a few weeks.. I will do the make up on teenagers at my mum's friends work.. She works with trubbled girls and boys in their teens, and they are having a girls night.. I'm so excited to contribute to the communtiy like this, get the girls off the street at least for one night..

With this said I needed some new things in my kit, because I don't think it's fair of me to use expensive products on teens that can't afford them, so I went out to buy some drugstore products that I like and that I feel I really can recommend to the young girls =)

Lumene Beauty base Eyeshadow Primer - NIVEA Pure&natural moisturizing day cream, pure cleansing wipes, Volume shine gloss in the colour 30 Mousse 

Cheap very nice products. I have used the wipes for a month on my self to try and I love them! The gloss was one of my faves when I was younger, not the colour the formula =) The primer I haven't tried but it felt nice when i "swatched" it. The moisturizer I've tried a few days and I like it, but I'm still going strong with my Origins moisturizer ^^

The start of y very own, Padora bracelet!!

I have wanted a pandora charm bracelet ever since I knew about Pandora.. I baught one for my mum on her birthday (last november) but haven't until now baught one for myself..

I baught the silver bracelet with the padora lock, and a very cute heart charm =) I love it love it love it!!

New Victoras Secret stuff =)

So I have a friend that has a sister that has a father that work in the US a lot.. So he shops VS for them all the time! This time they had some thing left over for me =) yay!

Secret Charm & Pear Glacé & Love Spell Body lotions!! I'm guessing that the small ones (50ml) are from sets that they baught but didn't like the lotions ^^

I have the Pear Glacé one and I've used half of it so it was a nice surprise to get another one =) The small ones I think I'm gonna use a s hand lotions, just handy in the purse!

I also got some samples that they didn't want.. I LOVE samples so I don't know why they are giving these away ! I love trying new products!

A Lush "Pick me up Haul"

I have been sick this past week so I haven't been doing make up or anything really, I've just watched Grey´s Anatomy all day long every day hehe.. But They day before I got sick I wasn't too bad so I went downtown and picked up a few things.. Mostly Lush things ^^

I got: Sexy Peel Soap, Karma Soap, 2 Butterball bathbombs, Think Pink Bathbomb and the Fizzbanger bathbomb..

I've actually never tried any other bathbomb than the Butterball ones before so I thaught it was time for some new descoveries =) The Karma soap is a staple in my bathroom,and the Sexy Peel soap I thaught would be nice now when spring is around the corner with it´s lemony scent =) I also got a sample of the R&B Hair treatment..

Review - Maybelline Eyestudio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner 24H

I'm gonna start of by telling you what Maybelline themselves states with this gel eyeliner:
Gel Formula - Lasts 24H - Non transfer - Intense Colour - Easy application (fine or thick line)

Second what I say:
Gel Formula - Last 24H - Non transfer - Intense Colour - Easy application (fine or thick line)
Hehe! I really do agree with what they state this eyeliner does.

Gel formula- uh duh! But kidding aside it's really nicely formulated and not greasy or clumpy at all like for example the Coastal Scents ones, they are very greasy and clumpy - they do make great colour bases on the lid but on me they just don't work as gel liners.

Lasts 24H & Non transfer - YES! Well, I haven't been wearing it for 24 hours, I've removed it before it has gone that long but when I've removed it it hasen't moved or transfered or lost its colour. I have even gone working out with it on just to really but it to the ultimate test, and it STAYED ON even though I swetted like a pig (and my eyelids are very greasy and oily when I'm nt working out so imagine when I do work out)!!

These pics are from after my workout! You can see that my mascara has fallen down under my eyes but the liner hasn't moved or faded =)

Intense Colour - It does have great colour payoff but I wouldn't call it Intense hehe.. Don't get me wrong as I said it does have great colour payoff!

Easy application (thin or thick) -  I would say it's pretty easy.. It is very easy to do a thin or a thick line it is beacause the liner brush that the liner comes with is kinda' a mini mini lipbrush so it's not pointed as other liner brushes, it's flat.. That means that it's easy do do a thin line when you use the brush sideways, and easy to do a thick line when you use it straight on like a painting brush.. It is a bit tricky to do the perfect in between line, but as it is with everything - the more ou do it the easier it gets =)

Other: It does take a while for it to really dry so just be careful not to smudge it, if you don't want to, if you want to then go for it ;) Just something to think about but not really anything that is desturbing (at least to me) =)

Conclution:
I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS GEL EYELINER! It has almost everything a gel liner need to have to be great! It's  just awesome! Here in sweden it costed me 119kr = $18.53 (I know you peaple in the US are gonna freak out when you read the price I paid).. In the US it costs around $9.99..

Sunday shopping haul..

Hi everyone! Long time no see.. I've been soooo busy! But it's starting to clear up =)
So this sunday I was out shopping with a friend. I had to get a new bottle of my favorite toner and I have a friend that works at The body Shop. So lucky for me my favorite toner is from The Bosy Shop, it's the Seaweed Clarifying toner, and when I go to get it from her I get 25% off =)  AND I get like tons of samples of products I haven't tried yet, and she fill the jars up to the point it's almost scary to open them beacause you're afraid that your gonna' spill it all out hehe =)

Anyways, here's what I got =)

HBO Nordica Hair Dryer - I desperately needed a new one (mine was like 7 years old or something) and my mom uses this one and she likes it and it's not expensive.

L'anza Healing Strength silk serum - needed a ner serum for my hair and thaught I would try this one.

Maybelline Eyestudio Lasting drama Gel eyeliner 24h - I know I just got a fluidline from MAC but I just couldn't pass on this one, I was thinking it would be fun to compare the two (and boy I'm glad I got it, a review will come later)

The Body Shop Seaweed clarifying toner - best toner ever for combination/oily skin, doesn't dry your skin out and helps control the oil =)

The Body Shop Samples - 3 jars of the Tea tree face mask, 2 jars of the Seaweed Matifying Day Cream, 1 jar of the Vitamin E Eye Cream, 1 bottle of the Camomile Gentle Eye Make up remover, and them some samples of their fragrances White Musk and Dreams Unlimited

I actually reallu like all of these products and I will post more in depth reviews of them. I think I'm gonna start with the Maybelline gel liner cuz that's my favorite out of all the new products I've tried this week ^^

Sunday Shopping - haul!

 I went to the city to pick up a few things here and there but ended up with some more than that ^^ So here's the beauty related products I baught =)

 First of all some MAC stuff.. I wasn't too into the Peacocky collection except for the Kissable Lipcolours (liquid lipsticks?).. I got the lovely coral Exxhibitionist and the lovely pale pink Enchantée.. And I went to MAC in the first place to get a fluidline, they were out of the Blacktrack (solid black colour) but they had Blitz & Glitz, a black with some gold sparkle (doesn't show up when applied). I also got the #209 to apply the gelliner with =)

As I'm so in LOVE with ORIGINS and have heard so much great things about the VitaZing Energy-boosting moisturizer with a Tint release formula I had to go and get it.. I tried it on my hand and loved it, so I hope it's as lovely when I try it on my face tomorrow =)

I also got te Tresemmé heat defence smooth, never tried before, but I love the purple shampoo and conditioner for anti breakage from Tresemmé so I should like this heat protectant, but you never know ^^
